About Us
History
Our story starts way back, when a small group of women came together with a shared dream: to create a world where women and girls could rise without limits. What began as simple conversations in living rooms and community halls soon grew into a vision much larger than ourselves.
We saw the struggles that women faced — barriers in education, career, leadership, and even in believing in their own worth. Instead of waiting for change, we decided to be the change. Step by step, we built programs that nurtured confidence, encouraged learning, and created opportunities for women to lead.
From those humble beginnings, our movement has grown into a collective that touches lives far beyond what we first imagined. Today, we continue to stand by the same belief that sparked it all: every woman is valuable, powerful, and capable of shaping her own future.
2015 – The Beginning
What started as a small grassroots initiative brought together a group of passionate women who shared one belief: that every woman deserves the chance to rise, succeed, and lead.
2017 – Building the Movement
Our first community workshops launched, focusing on leadership, financial literacy, and mentorship. The overwhelming response proved the need for safe and inclusive spaces where women could learn and grow.
2019 – Expanding Our Reach
With growing support, we partnered with schools, local organizations, and international networks to expand our programs. More women gained access to education, training, and career-building opportunities.
2021 – Creating Lasting Impact
Despite global challenges, our mission only grew stronger. We adapted with digital workshops and virtual mentoring, ensuring women and girls continued to receive guidance and empowerment wherever they were.
Today – A Thriving Collective
Now known as Rise Collective, we are more than an organization — we are a movement. Together with our community, partners, and supporters, we are shaping a future where women lead with confidence, strength, and purpose.
